Opening up Our Community
As Federal and state governments continue to take measured steps to reopen the economy amid the country’s response to COVID-19, we at Freedom Square will take a cautious, phased approach, as the health and well-being of our residents and team members is our utmost priority. Decisions for each phase will be strictly based on state and regional criteria, advice from public health officials, and the health status of our community.
We recognize the tragic impact this virus has had on Freedom Square, its residents and families. We grieve with those who have lost loved ones because of this disease, and we continue to do everything in our power to mitigate and manage the spread of this novel coronavirus to protect residents and employees alike. While we are looking forward to the day when we can gather with our friends and family and resume life as a community, we will continue with our heightened protocol.
In the upcoming weeks, and until further notice, Freedom Square will continue to follow the heightened precautionary measures currently in place. These practices include but are not limited to following social distancing protocol and restricting non-essential visitors. We’ll only begin to shift our protocols after we know our community is no longer at risk, and with careful consideration of the guidance offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and local and state health departments. As the situation develops, and we make changes to our protocols, residents, employees and families will be notified first – but to reiterate, we will not be modifying our precautionary measures at this time.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for embodying that hopeful spirit that Freedom Square is known for as we continue to navigate this process together.
